Who we are

We are Renantis Solutions. We design, develop and build photovoltaic plants for companies in the industrial and service sectors. We aim to help our clients to produce their own clean energy, to contribute to the energy transition, and to make their energy supplies cheaper, more reliable and secure.

We are part of Nadara, the company created by the recent merger of the Renantis Group and Ventient Energy to form one of the largest independent renewable energy producers in Europe.

Together with Energy Team, SAET and Vector Renewables, we offer services along the entire energy chain, from production to consumption for industry and tertiary customers.

We help our industry and service sector customers to produce renewable energy, and to use it more efficiently and flexibly through the design, development, investment and construction of photovoltaic systems.

Advisory services

We support our clients throughout the lifecycle of a renewable energy project through our three business lines: asset management, technical support and legal services. We also provide sustainability, procurement, efficiency and demand response services and advice to our industry and service customers.

Transmission and distribution

Transmission System Operators (TSOs) are responsible for moving electricity over long distances from the power plants that produce it, to local distribution grids that deliver it to the end customer.
