Surface rights

Our offer is dedicated to owners of land over 1.5 hectares or properties with a roof over 7,000 sqm.

Thanks to our formula, the customer will be able to give us the Surface Right (DDS) allowing the creation of a photovoltaic system with solar panels installed on the ground or on the roof.

In exchange for the sale of the DDS, we can transfer to the customer the energy produced by their photovoltaic system at a fixed price for a fixed period of time.

What does our offer include?

Initial investment, installation and plant management

We take care of the initial investment, construction and installation of a guaranteed photovoltaic system in exchange for surface rights. We also operate and maintain the plant entirely at our expense, and provide performance guarantees.

Fee

We pay a fee – either a single payment or an annual fee – for the duration of the contract for the right to produce power, meaning the land or roof becomes a source of income for the client.

Asbestos Remediation Fee

For rooftop PV, the fee will cover all or part of the cost of any remediation measures and re-roofing. Whatever is left is the customer’s.
