We have signed a 15-year operating lease with Trivium Packaging for the design, development and construction of a photovoltaic plant on the roof of their factory in Incisa Scapaccino (Asti, Italy).

The plant will allow the customer to self-produce approximately 20% of its annual energy needs. 80% of the energy produced will be consumed on-site, with estimated savings of €166/MWh. Any excess energy will be sold to the grid, allowing the company to recoup the cost of building the plant and create value.

What did our intervention include?

We took charge of the initial investment, the design and both preliminary and executive engineering of the plant, which consists of 1,789 photovoltaic modules and 7 inverters. The project also included installing a monitoring system (CloE), supplied by Energy Team. This company is part of our group and an Italian leader in energy monitoring and efficiency solutions. Lastly, we are fully responsible for the system’s operation and maintenance.
